Therefore, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the properties listed or the truth or accuracy of the property listings. We make no guarantees about the ability of owners/agents to rent the vacation properties or to prospective renters to rent the properties. We also can not ensure that an owner/agent or renter will complete the transaction. When you advertise your vacation property with us, prospective renters will contact you directly by telephone or email.

RaceTrackRentals.com is not responsible for renters of your property or any possible damage caused by such renters. It is homeowner’s responsibility, and strongly advised, to validate the qualifications of the potential renters. Rental terms and conditions should be specified in writing.

Photos of the property must be provided digitally. To avoid possible copyright issues, we will NOT copy photos from other websites. If you need photos taken of your property, we will take an OUTSIDE photo of your property for you, for an additional fee. Property Owners/agent providing photos and/or text assert they own or have been given license to use the photos and/or text on this website.

RaceTrackRentals.com assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of linked websites. Owners assert that you have verified your own website and any statements made are true to the best of your knowledge. You also acknowledge that websites and photos accurately represent your vacation rental property.

RaceTrackRentals.com has the right to remove any listing, link to a website and to deny advertising at their sole discretion. RaceTrackRentals.com reserves the right to alter or remove, without warning or notice, any listing that violates our guidelines or we feel could compromise the potential renter and/or our site's integrity. In the event we remove a listing, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Vacation Rental inquires are received by RaceTrackRentals.com via Internet email and are not to be considered private. As Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable, RaceTrackRentals.com cannot be held responsible for undelivered rental inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries.

RaceTrackRentals.com would like to reduce the amount of unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM) delivered via the rental inquiry form. However, since inquiries are neither monitored nor filtered by RaceTrackRentals.com prior to delivery to property owners/agent, it is likely that some SPAM email will be delivered anyway.
